Believe it or not the chapel in this picture is made entirely from Salt, as are many other superb sculptures. They are to be found in the massive Salt mine complex of Wieliczka ( a Unesco World Heritage site ) where for generations Poles have rid themselves of the curse of bronchial asthma, pulmonary & respiratory problems, chronic nose, throat, larynx & sinus problems as well as pollen allergies and skin conditions.

This pollution free environment is rich in sodium chloride, magnesium & calcium ions and forms the basis of the Cure.

We will accommodate you in good 3 or 4 star hotels whilst you visit the Salt chambers each day for 7 hours at a time, where you can exercise under medical supervision, play billiards, table tennis, have a meal in the restaurant, have a walk around the underground lake or read all those books you have always wanted to. The visits to the Salt chambers will be arranged to provide ample time for sight seeing.
